2、燒(shao)化(hua)速(su)度(du)(du)、送(song)進(jin)速(su)度(du)(du)。閃光焊的(de)(de)(de)燒(shao)化(hua)速(su)度(du)(du)由焊接電(dian)流密(mi)度(du)(du)、預(yu)熱程(cheng)度(du)(du)及工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)化(hua)學(xue)成分等因素確(que)定。閃光焊接時(shi)熱量在兩工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)接觸面(mian)產(chan)生,工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)溫度(du)(du)隨著閃光時(shi)間的(de)(de)(de)增(zeng)加(jia)而上(shang)升,燒(shao)化(hua)速(su)度(du)(du)隨著工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)溫度(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)上(shang)升而增(zeng)加(jia)。為(wei)了保持閃光過程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)連續和穩定,工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)送(song)進(jin)速(su)度(du)(du)必須和燒(shao)化(hua)速(su)度(du)(du)相適應(ying)(ying)。送(song)進(jin)速(su)度(du)(du)大(da)于(yu)燒(shao)化(hua)速(su)度(du)(du)時(shi),會(hui)使工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)兩接觸面(mian)“短路”。由于(yu)燒(shao)化(hua)速(su)度(du)(du)是隨著工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)溫度(du)(du)上(shang)升而增(zeng)加(jia)的(de)(de)(de),因此工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)(jian)送(song)進(jin)時(shi)應(ying)(ying)是加(jia)速(su)運動,其(qi)運動曲線(xian)應(ying)(ying)接近拋物線(xian)。

3、燒(shao)(shao)(shao)化(hua)(hua)留(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)。燒(shao)(shao)(shao)化(hua)(hua)留(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)是(shi)工(gong)件(jian)(jian)閃(shan)(shan)光噴射時(shi)(shi)(shi)所損失的長度(du)(du)。工(gong)件(jian)(jian)閃(shan)(shan)光對焊(han)(han)時(shi)(shi)(shi)必(bi)須考(kao)慮這種燒(shao)(shao)(shao)化(hua)(hua)損失,以保證(zheng)焊(han)(han)后(hou)的工(gong)件(jian)(jian)長度(du)(du)符合設計要求(qiu)。確(que)定(ding)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)化(hua)(hua)留(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)大小的根據是(shi):此留(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)必(bi)須足以保證(zheng)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)化(hua)(hua)(閃(shan)(shan)光)過程結束時(shi)(shi)(shi),能在(zai)兩(liang)(liang)焊(han)(han)件(jian)(jian)的全部(bu)端面(mian)(mian)上產(chan)生均勻(yun)(yun)的加熱(re)(re)(re),其加熱(re)(re)(re)程度(du)(du)應(ying)當是(shi)頂鍛時(shi)(shi)(shi)容易產(chan)生塑性變形(xing),而獲得優質(zhi)的接頭(tou)。焊(han)(han)件(jian)(jian)的界面(mian)(mian)積(ji)愈(yu)大,其接觸(chu)斷(duan)面(mian)(mian)上溫度(du)(du)均勻(yun)(yun)化(hua)(hua)速度(du)(du)就愈(yu)慢,因而閃(shan)(shan)光(燒(shao)(shao)(shao)化(hua)(hua))時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)就愈(yu)長,燒(shao)(shao)(shao)化(hua)(hua)留(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)也(ye)就愈(yu)大。采用預熱(re)(re)(re)方法時(shi)(shi)(shi),其接觸(chu)面(mian)(mian)溫度(du)(du)較高,并(bing)向(xiang)整個接觸(chu)面(mian)(mian)均勻(yun)(yun)擴散(san),閃(shan)(shan)光過程中,斷(duan)面(mian)(mian)溫度(du)(du)均勻(yun)(yun)化(hua)(hua)的時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)就可(ke)縮短,因此燒(shao)(shao)(shao)化(hua)(hua)留(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)可(ke)以小一些。對于截面(mian)(mian)為(wei)圓形(xing)的鋼件(jian)(jian),采用連(lian)續閃(shan)(shan)光焊(han)(han)時(shi)(shi)(shi),其燒(shao)(shao)(shao)化(hua)(hua)留(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(兩(liang)(liang)工(gong)件(jian)(jian)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)損量(liang)(liang)(liang)之(zhi)和(he))一般為(wei)(0.6—0.7)d,采用預熱(re)(re)(re)閃(shan)(shan)光焊(han)(han),其燒(shao)(shao)(shao)化(hua)(hua)留(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)為(wei)(0.4—0.5)d,(d為(wei)工(gong)件(jian)(jian)的直徑)。

4、頂(ding)鍛留(liu)量。頂(ding)鍛留(liu)量是指(zhi)頂(ding)鍛過程中,工件的(de)縮短。

(1)必須使熔(rong)化(hua)金屬和(he)金屬氧化(hua)物全部被(bei)排擠到(dao)工件(jian)表(biao)面(mian)。

(2)必須使兩接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)面(mian)在整個截面(mian)上(shang)(shang)達到金(jin)屬(shu)與(yu)金(jin)屬(shu)的(de)(de)(de)緊(jin)密(mi)接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)。即兩工件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)部(bu)要產(chan)生(sheng)充分的(de)(de)(de)塑性(xing)變形。頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)鍛(duan)(duan)(duan)量(liang)過小,是(shi)(shi)接(jie)(jie)頭內產(chan)生(sheng)縮孔、鑄造組織、灰斑、氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)夾雜物(wu)、未(wei)焊透等缺陷的(de)(de)(de)主要原(yuan)因(yin)。頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)鍛(duan)(duan)(duan)量(liang)過大,會(hui)擠壓出過多(duo)的(de)(de)(de)塑性(xing)金(jin)屬(shu),增加(jia)清除(chu)接(jie)(jie)頭毛刺的(de)(de)(de)困難。為了保證頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)鍛(duan)(duan)(duan)開始(shi)時,對接(jie)(jie)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)高溫金(jin)屬(shu)(液態)不(bu)被氧(yang)(yang)化(hua),以及為了補充閃(shan)光過程(cheng)中加(jia)熱不(bu)足,在頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)鍛(duan)(duan)(duan)開始(shi)前(qian)(qian)不(bu)能切段電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),而是(shi)(shi)在頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)鍛(duan)(duan)(duan)過程(cheng)中切斷電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)。切斷電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)前(qian)(qian)的(de)(de)(de)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)鍛(duan)(duan)(duan)過程(cheng)叫帶電(dian)(dian)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)鍛(duan)(duan)(duan),其后的(de)(de)(de)過程(cheng)叫無電(dian)(dian)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)鍛(duan)(duan)(duan)。因(yin)此,頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)鍛(duan)(duan)(duan)留量(liang)實際上(shang)(shang)是(shi)(shi)有(you)電(dian)(dian)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)鍛(duan)(duan)(duan)量(liang)與(yu)無電(dian)(dian)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)鍛(duan)(duan)(duan)量(liang)之和(he)。一般(ban)情況下,有(you)電(dian)(dian)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)鍛(duan)(duan)(duan)量(liang)占總頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)鍛(duan)(duan)(duan)留量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)30%—40% .

5、頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)鍛(duan)速(su)(su)度(du)(du)。 閃(shan)光對焊(han)(han)時,一般(ban)希望頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)鍛(duan)速(su)(su)度(du)(du)盡可(ke)能大一些,以便將熔(rong)化的(de)金屬在凝固前(qian)充分排擠出(chu)去,并在金屬有良好塑性時豁口(kou)的(de)最佳頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)鍛(duan)。高的(de)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)鍛(duan)速(su)(su)度(du)(du),會大大減(jian)少接口(kou)內高溫金屬被氧化的(de)危(wei)險,從而(er)獲得優質的(de)焊(han)(han)接接頭(tou)。通常頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)鍛(duan)速(su)(su)度(du)(du)不得低于20毫米/秒。液力(li)傳動(dong)的(de)焊(han)(han)機,一般(ban)都具有大的(de)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)鍛(duan)速(su)(su)度(du)(du),其頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)鍛(duan)速(su)(su)度(du)(du)可(ke)以達到60毫米/秒。

6、伸(shen)(shen)(shen)出(chu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)度(du)。 伸(shen)(shen)(shen)出(chu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)度(du)是指工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)從夾具鉗口(導體)中突出(chu)來的(de)長(chang)(chang)(chang)度(du)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)裝卡完成(cheng)后(hou),兩導體之間的(de)距(ju)離為(wei)(wei)總伸(shen)(shen)(shen)出(chu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)度(du),其值為(wei)(wei)兩工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)伸(shen)(shen)(shen)出(chu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)度(du)之和(he)。兩工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)的(de)截面(mian)積和(he)材料(liao)牌號相(xiang)同(tong)時,其伸(shen)(shen)(shen)出(chu)差事能夠度(du)為(wei)(wei)總伸(shen)(shen)(shen)出(chu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)度(du)的(de)一半。在焊(han)(han)接不(bu)(bu)同(tong)材質的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)時,由于(yu)它們的(de)導電率、導熱率不(bu)(bu)同(tong),或溶點不(bu)(bu)同(tong),它們在閃(shan)光時,熔(rong)(rong)化的(de)快慢就(jiu)不(bu)(bu)一樣。此時裝卡工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)時,熔(rong)(rong)化快的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)伸(shen)(shen)(shen)出(chu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)度(du)就(jiu)應大于(yu)另一工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)。在焊(han)(han)接圓形(xing)斷面(mian)金(jin)屬工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)時,總伸(shen)(shen)(shen)出(chu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)度(du)一般為(wei)(wei)(1—1.4)d(d為(wei)(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)段面(mian)直徑(jing))。
